Let cost of adult ticket = x

And cost of student ticket= y

Jacob's purchase,

4x + 2y = 64 ....(1)

Tatianna's purchase,

3x+3y = 60 ......(2)

Multiplying equation 1 from 3 and equation 2 from 4 and subtracting them,

12x+6y - 12x - 12y= 192 - 240

-6y = -48

y = $8

Putting the value of y in equation 1,

4x + 2×8 = 64

4x = 64-16

4x = 48

x = 48/4

x = $12
