Can I use Q&A for Studen Customer Support?
No, Q&A is not the same as Studen Customer Support. If you need to contact Support, use email us from your registered email id to [email protected]

Please contact support for help with:

· Assistance with your account, payment, subscription, etc.

· Anything else that's not a specific academic question

How do I attach an image to my question?
In addition to typing your question, you can also attach image (such as a photo or screenshot) to each question. To avoid delays in response time please keep each image to under 8MB, make sure the image is clearly legible, and if there are multiple questions in the image, please specify which one you would like solved.

How can I ensure my questions get answered as quickly as possible?
To help ensure your questions get answered without delay or issues, follow the below tips:

Include all necessary data and details needed to answer your question. Our experts do not have direct access to textbooks, so please provide the full question and necessary details.

Keep your question as specific and objective as possible. Open-ended, personal, or political questions are much more difficult to answer, so please avoid these types of questions!

If your image contains multiple questions, please specify the question number you want us to solve. If not specified, we will solve the first question in the image.

Can I use Q&A for essay or paper writing help?
No, because Studen Q&A is not meant for writing help and writing essay. If you submit a writing essay request in Q&A, it will be rejected and your assignment could be delayed.

Can I cite my Studen Q&A answer in my school assignment?
We advise against citing Studen service as they are intended for improving your understanding of the subject matter and not as a reference for citations.

Studen is intended to improve your learning, not to replace it. Like you, we deeply value honesty and integrity and do not condone any misuse of materials or related help provided through our site for the express purpose of committing academic dishonesty.

My question was rejected or wasn't answered after a couple days - why did this happen?
Your question may be rejected for several reasons, including:

How do I change my password?
You can change your password 2 ways—both are simple! You can visit the login page and click on ‘forgot password’ link to change your password. Alternatively, you can also log into the site and click on profile page and change your password. To protect you and your account, we require password validation.

How do I pay for my subscription?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

I received a separate $1 (or $0) charge on my card after I purchased a Studen subscription. What is this charge?
Like many services, we place a pre-authorization amount on your card just to make sure it is valid. This amount is usually $1 but could also be $0, depending on the type of card used. No need to worry – you will not actually be charged anything and this pre-authorization will disappear from your statement after a few days.

How do I cancel my subscription?

When I cancel, how long will my account be active?
Your account will be active for the remainder of the then current billing period. For instance, if you signed up for the monthly membership on January 1 and you canceled on January 15, your account would still be active until February 1.

When is my next billing?
We bill your account every month. For example, if you signed up on February 1, you would be billed again on March 1 (unless you cancel your account prior to March 1).
