        Studen may implement Google's invisible reCAPTCHA technology on its Websites to reduce spam and prevent abuse of our Websites. The use of invisible reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

  3. Draws, contests and promotions.

    We may offer draws, contests and other promotions (each one referred to as "Promotion"), including any Promotions sponsored or offered in conjunction with third parties that may require you to provide information about yourself. If you voluntarily choose to participate in a Promotion, your information, including personal information, may be shared with Studen, Promotion Sponsors, Service Providers and other third parties, including for administrative purposes and as required by law (for example, in the list of winners). The Services allow you to post or submit User Content (“User Content”), including, but not limited to: written content, user profiles, audio or video recordings, computer graphics, images, data or other content, including personal information. If you decide to post your User Content in any of the Services’ public area, your User Content will be considered “public” and will be available to everyone, including Studen. Notwithstanding any contrary provisions, unless otherwise expressly agreed with us, any personal data the User Content contains is not subject to our data use or transfer restrictions or other obligations and may be used and transferred by Studen and third parties to the greatest extent possible, not prohibited by current legislation. We suggest that caution be used when deciding about publicly disclosing certain information.
