Answer:
Always moving or sweating. Wrestlers spit before weigh-ins to help them lose that extra couple of ounces to meet weight. When weight loss is done in a healthy way, the wrestler can become stronger and more competitive in a lower weight class. An estimated 25% to 67% of wrestlers use techniques such as over exercise, calorie restriction, fasting and different dehydration methods to lose weight.
Also there are a few ways. Wrestlers are human just as you are so keep that in mind.
The more muscle mass you have, the more fat you burn when you are not doing anything. Most wrestlers train to gain and/or maintain muscle mass.
Sweat - cardiovascular exercise. Most people don't realize this but WWE Superstars wrestle more than once or twice per week and a wrestling match is full of high impact cardiovascular exercise. And that is not counting their workouts outside the ring.
Nutrition - on the road wrestlers don't always have the best options for healthy eating all the time but alot of us will avoid breads, sugars and drink a lot of water. Water will make you gain weight but it will also cleanse your system and water itself will burn off faster than anything else.
